DaVita's Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team is seeking a senior actuarial analyst to join our mission-driven group. As a member of the Actuarial & Medical Economics team, you will provide critical insights that guide our VBC strategy by delivering unbiased clarity of financial expectations, supporting analytically-driven decision making, and educating stakeholders on the inherent risks of VBC. You will be a vital part of a team committed to achieving optimal patient outcomes, fostering teammate fulfillment, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the IKC enterprise. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $118,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
