Accountant & Procurement Specialist - Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Export Compliance | Vendor Management

Pay: $50,000-$60,000 | Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM

Staffmark is hiring an experienced Accountant & Procurement Specialist to support purchasing, vendor management, and export compliance for our client in Irving, TX. Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, accounting, and procurement tasks using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Maintain vendor records, contracts, pricing, and product data.
• Verify export compliance (ECCN, NLR, Schedule B/HTS).
• Support inventory forecasting, quoting reviews, and vendor meetings.
• Prepare accurate documentation, reports, and quality-related forms.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Military experience, Associate degree, or equivalent education required.
• Experience in procurement, accounting, or vendor management.
• Proficient in Dynamics 365, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Knowledge of export regulations and ECCN codes.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed.
