What You'll Do

As a Production & Assembly Operator, you will:

  • Work hands-on with a variety of hand and power tools

  • Assemble and sub-assemble mission-critical components

  • Learn high-precision craftsmanship through structured on-the-job training

  • Play a direct role in building high-quality products that matter

Pay & Schedule
  • 2nd shift hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00PM -3:30AM

  • 1st shift hours: Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Possible OT on Fridays

  • Starting Pay: $19.90/hr, $2 shift premium for 2nd shift

  • 6-Month Raise: $20.40/hr

  • 12-Month Raise: $21.00/hr

Who We're Looking For

You'll be great in this role if you:

  • Have 1+ year of warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)

  • Have good mechanical aptitude and dexterity

  • Can follow written work instructions in English

  • Enjoy working with your hands and being part of a team

  • Are detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated

  • Willing and able to cross-train and rotate tasks

  • Can stand for long periods and lift 10-50 lbs as needed

  • Are a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or able to meet government requirements

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on job that includes standing, bending, lifting, and assembling small components with precision. The facility is clean, temperature-controlled, and team-focused.
