What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the master architect of client success, owning the entire technical training lifecycle from needs assessment to delivery. You will travel up to 50% to provide crucial on-site and remote training, directly influencing how global steel fabricators adopt and maximize industry-leading software. Your impact is immediate and measurable, as you will tailor programs to precisely meet client expectations and elevate the performance of entire organizations.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the creation and update of engaging training materials for both classroom and eLearning courses.

  • Deliver dynamic and effective Tekla PowerFab training sessions using various onsite and virtual methods.

  • Provide critical technical support and guidance to new and existing clients on complex issues, including installation, server set-up, and interoperability between products.

  • Actively identify program requirements, gather necessary technical data, and manage schedules to ensure timely and impactful delivery of training programs.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with PowerFab software.

  • Proven ability to deliver training and presentations to groups, both remote and in-person, for 1+ years.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in educating a variety of project roles and parties, including IT, Operations, and End Users.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, visual, and interpersonal communication skills that can transcend language and cultural barriers.

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience actively supporting clients in a training queue environment.

  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
