MultiCare Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving and well-supported behavioral health team. This role will primarily support the Greater Lakes Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program, delivering field-based care to adults (ages 18-59) facing serious behavioral health and substance use challenges.

Greater Lakes Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program provides outreach-based treatment services to individuals with serious behavioral health challenges including substance use disorder (SUD). This multidisciplinary teams can provide SUD, medical, rehabilitative, and peer services in the field to individuals who lack consistent access to these vital services.

Position Highlights:

  • FTE: 0.8 (32 hours/week)

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible daytime hours

  • Location: Greater Lakes Main Building, Lakewood, WA (with community-based outreach)

  • Starting Salary Range: $109,587.20-$129,111.60 annually (based on 0.8 FTE)

Position Summary

MultiCare Health System Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced mental health Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice. Our team provides high quality psychiatric services.

Join our highly skilled, compassionate staff providing effective services that restore hope and help individuals and families get back onto the path toward achieving their life goals. This is an opportunity to be fully engaged with patient care and join a close knit, collegial and supportive team of providers.

Requirements

  • Certified psychiatric ARNP or D-ARNP
  • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
  • Minimum 1-3 years clinical experience providing direct patient care
  • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
  • Maintain a valid Washington State Motor Vehicle License

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $158,000.00 - $177,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
