Description

Mazak Corporation is looking for a National Service Administrative Assistant to join the National Service team at our National Technology Center located in Florence, KY. The National Service Administrative Assistant works with National Service and Regional Service employees to support our service activities according to corporate metrics and guidelines.

Scope and Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
* Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
* Compile data for: select monthly reports to go to internal departments and National Service Report
* Responsible for creating/maintaining travel profiles and booking travel arrangements for Service associates.
* Assist with requests to Mazak Japan for systems access.
* Manage uniform ordering for Service Technicians
* Process E-ringi-shos for essential business purchases.
* Review time sheets and expense reports for accuracy
* Update customer accounts
* Assist with events such as open houses and retirement celebrations.
* Order office supplies
* Day to day office administration
Education/Certification:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
Skills:
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to engage with internal and external customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Composed and solution-oriented under pressure; maintains professionalism during challenging or emotional interactions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and diplomatically
* High emotional intelligence and ability to defuse tension and resolve conflicts effectively
* Dependable team player with a strong sense of discretion, tact, and confidentiality
* Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Microsoft D365 experience is a plus
