Drive the optimization of our entire revenue stream as an essential Revenue Operations Manager at Trimble. In this vital role, you will be responsible for mastering the systems and processes that govern our end-to-end order-to-revenue lifecycle.

You will ensure operational effectiveness and revenue integrity for every new product and pricing model, building a foundation for scalable, highly efficient business operations that make a tangible impact on our global success.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the central execution stakeholder for global system integration projects, directly influencing the integrity of our revenue recognition and shaping the operational future of a multi-billion dollar technology leader.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the operational setup and validation of new products and services to ensure flawless revenue recognition from inception.

  • Orchestrate the execution of complex pricing structures and Standalone Selling Price logic within our core revenue systems.

  • Drive key system integration projects and platform upgrades by leading requirement gathering and user acceptance testing.

  • Act as the vital cross-functional bridge between Finance, Sales Ops, and Product teams to streamline the global order-to-revenue workflow.

  • Own the integrity of financial data by maintaining robust SOX controls and leading month-end system reconciliations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting or Finance Operations with a heavy focus on systems execution.

  • Proven expertise in applying ASC 606 guidelines within a complex ERP and CRM environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and hands-on experience with Oracle and Salesforce.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with revenue automation or BI tools such as RevPro or DOMO.

  • Demonstrated aptitude for leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Experience working for a SAAS company or a technology company with SAAS.

  • Active CPA certification with a strong foundation in GAAP.

  • Subscription sales models.

Logistics:

  • Location: Westminster, CO or Sunnyvale, CA - Onsite

  • Travel Requirement: 10%

  • Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates who are willing to relocate to Westminster, CO (Denver Metro Area).

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
