Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst Inventory Control - SPG role is multi-faceted position developed to manage the end-to-end inventory control and related operational and reporting activities related to St. Pierre Group (SPG) brand.In addition to daily operational activities, the role will be responsible for supply chain modeling, analyses, system support, and project management that ultimately lead to business recommendations. The role is also a key contributor with implementing and maintaining supply chain operational and strategic solutions for SPG.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Modeling, Analysis, & Financial Reporting (20%):
  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain SPG supply chain inventory-related and financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Manage weekly inventory reporting (WOS, Expiry-pipeline, Transaction activity, Hold Inventory); review with SPG Supply Chain team to ensure alignment.
  • Develop month-end reporting recap as required to support SPG business.
Supply Chain Operational Duties (70%):
  • Inbound PO (Purchase Order) management:
  • Receiving inbound POs timely in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and appropriate supporting documentation is provided.
  • Ensuring receiving warehouse has received inbound PO accurately (item, quantity, expiration date); work with warehouse IC team to adjust accordingly.
  • Follow-up with SPG supply chain team on discrepancies
  • DRC (Display Ready Case) management:
  • Manage inventory transaction reconciliation between open-stock mastercases and DRCs.
  • Ensure warehouse ship confirmation is transacted timely and follow-through with customer invoicing.
  • Track packaging materials and develop replenishment process with Sr. Analyst - Distribution to ensure continuous supply.
  • Work cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Transportation, Customer, Service, Distribution, Packaging, SPG Supply Chain, and SPG Commercial teams to ensure end-to-end inventory management/control process is defined and controls are implemented.
  • Liaison with 3PL (third party logistics provider) to ensure compliance with requirements (inventory conversion, QFS, tracking)
  • Sample Process Management:
  • Manage inventory adjustments to account for samples and work with warehouses to ensure rotation of partial pallets
  • Liaison with 3PLs to ensure compliance
  • Initiate and implement inventory organization setup, as needed, to support the business requirements.
  • Liaison with SPG Supply Chain team to respond to inventory related inquiries
QFS (Quality Food Safety) and Customer Support (10%):
  • QFS point-person for inventory-related traceability requests and requirements:
  • Co-lead traceability activities with Sr. Analyst - Distribution, to provide updates to SPG and BBK QFS as required
  • Develop and implement internal modifications to continuously improve QFS process.

Education and Work History:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in supply chain or business-related field
  • 3-5 years working experience
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Strong communication - written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Working knowledge of consumer, food manufacturing and supply chain
  • Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point, Intermediate Access).
