Job Summary:
The Wisconsin School of Business is recruiting two Academic Program Managers (APMs) to support the Risk & Insurance Department and the Operations & Information Management (OIM) Department. Each APM plays a key leadership role in supporting their department's academic and administrative operations. APMs oversee academic program planning, course scheduling, and instructor assignments, while providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. They lead academic program initiatives and events; support faculty activities-including promotion and review processes; and manage critical administrative functions such as curriculum updates, expense processing, financial coordination, and other departmental procedures. Working closely with the Department Chair, each APM ensures the smooth functioning of the unit through effective communication, streamlined processes, and strong coordination of information, resources, and activities.
