About This Role
The Kansas State University College of Education is seeking applicants for a Human Resources Representative. This position provides coordination and oversight to human resource management for the College of Education. It manages time and leave processing and provides training, expertise, and guidance to college employees regarding personnel and time and leave matters. This position fulfills the Dean of Education's responsibility to ensure that university, Board of Regents, state, and federal employment policies, rules, regulations, and laws are appropriately interpreted. The hybrid work agreement for this position will include up to three days of remote work per week. Additional details about potential hybrid work in this role will be discussed during interviews. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.
