Essential Skills

• Demonstrate leadership ability with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Good reasoning, conflict management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be trained in the technical aspects of the warehouse.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. Travel is minimal.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Power Point)

Primary Duties:

• Assigns and coordinates daily workload based on facility requirements, balancing, and shipping goals.
• Provide associates an engaged and inclusive culture by welcoming all backgrounds and celebrating their differences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of urgency to meet established deadlines.
• Provide associates a safe working culture where nothing takes a precedent over safety.
• Create a team culture filled with positivity that energizes others with encouragement and places a special emphasis of putting others before self.
• Build trust of associates through enhanced communication
• Ability to take initiative to correct issues without direction, offer solutions to problems and support a team effort
• Focus on creating unity through engaged relationships.
• Establishes measurable criteria to ensure desired results are obtained.

Education and Experience (preferred but not required):

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Related Field
• Years of Related Work Experience: 3-5 Years

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Work overtime on the weekends if necessary
• Occasionally work alternate shifts
• Must be capable of sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Required to work in a physical environment that is subject to temperature changes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment that require detailed hand movements and coordination, possible exposure to dust and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation
• The ability to handle a fast-paced environment that can be stressful and challenging
