Job DescriptionThe Director, VAS Commercialization plays a pivotal role within the Office of the COO, partnering closely with VAS product businesses and regional product and solutions teams to govern and enable the end-to-end process of bringing new products and services to market. This role ensures products are fit for purpose, aligned to client needs, and ready for distribution and activation at scale. Operating at the intersection of multiple product organizations and all Visa regions, this position demands organizational savvy, strong interpersonal skills, and hands-on experience in B2B product launches. Success requires navigating complex stakeholder environments, driving speed-to-value, and leveraging global frameworks for scalability. This is a unique opportunity to shape Visa's commercialization excellence, collaborating with senior leaders across Product, Strategy.
