Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Community Assistant II - Hudson County for the Rutgers Cooperative Extension.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Coordinates program schedules and site logistics based on the needs of the program site.
- Provides consistent communication with volunteer educators and community sites about program plans and schedules.
- Implements after-school enrichment programs alongside teen volunteers and college students.
- Creates appropriate program evaluation materials and impact reports.
- Creates and updates 4-H paper and electronic marketing for programs.
- Nurtures relationships with youth, developing programs that fit community needs and interests.

| Minimum Education and Experience |
- High School Diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
