JOB SUMMARY: The Dispatcher, Goodwheels will be a reliable Call Taker/Dispatcher to act as a communication point for transportation related calls. The incumbent will receive transportation requests, transmit messages, and track vehicles. The ideal incumbent must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in busy situations. The incumbent must be able to multi-task as well as take appropriate action with minimal supervision.
