This role is both an armed and driving position, requiring you to respond quickly across the property while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and company protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft and other unwanted activity within the retail environment.
• Monitor access points and control entry and exit of individuals as required by site policies.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required.
• Maintain proficiency in the use of assigned firearms and adhere strictly to all legal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
