Performs a variety project management activities for Facilities Management typically involving design and construction. Develops comprehensive plans, leads multi-disciplinary teams, and monitors project progress providing updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Manages the simultaneous completion of multiple and/or large complex Facilities Projects including multi-year new building constructions, renovations, clinical and operational moves/logistics, space programming and planning, and maintenance activities, independently. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction is strongly preferred. Experience: Five years' experience in hands on project, construction management or related field. Licensure: PMP is required within 2 years of hire. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position is primarily office-based but requires occasional travel to on-site locations, which may involve walking, climbing stairs, or navigating uneven terrain. The role may occasionally require lifting materials up to 20 pounds and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The starting base rate for this role is $72,012.00 annually.
