Job description
We are seeking a dependable Level 1 Help Desk Support technician to join our IT team. This is an entry-level role focused on first-line support, ticket resolution, and remote troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be expected to work in-office Tuesday through Thursday during the onboarding/training period. Key details
