As an unarmed patrol officer within a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive approach. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the property and interact with tenants and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards within the premises to help to deter incidents.
• Work collaboratively with property management and other personnel to support security-related operations and a positive environment for tenants and visitors.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Primarily driving post is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
