Title of Position: Vehicle Fleet Representative - Endwell, NY

Position Type: Part-Time, Monday -Friday , hours may vary.

Compensation Range: $17.00/hr. - $ 22.00/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Location: On-site in Endwell, NY.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all fleet vehicles.
• Coordinate repairs and inspections with external service providers.
• Monitor vehicle reservation schedules and coordinate changes as necessary to meet the needs of the organization.
• Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of inspections, registrations, mileage logs and fuel usage.
• Support Visions Vehicle and Travel Policy.
• Source and manage relationships with maintenance vendors and service shops.
• Review maintenance invoices and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Track and report on maintenance budgets and expenditures.
• Update registrations, insurance cards, AAA/Brand specific roadside assistance subscriptions, and EZ Pass as required.
• Ensure corporate vehicles are appropriately cleaned, refueled and maintained for organizational travel purposes.
• Provides departmental back-up coverage as needed.
• Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma with 1-3 years of business-related experience.
• Applicant must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Specialized knowledge in vehicle maintenance is preferred.
