Lead and execute the enterprise-wide business program management function to ensure effective delivery of strategic initiatives. Provide portfolio oversight, governance, and alignment of business programs with organizational goals, while driving consistency in execution standards and performance tracking. Additionally, manage a team of Business Project Managers, providing leadership, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high-quality delivery and professional development across the group. Finally, oversee the change management function, ensuring successful adoption of transformation initiatives through structured change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning. The leader partners closely with executives and cross-functional teams to enable sustainable business transformation and measurable outcomes. Education and Experience
