Head of Business Program Mgmt Exec

Lead and execute the enterprise-wide business program management function to ensure effective delivery of strategic initiatives. Provide portfolio oversight, governance, and alignment of business programs with organizational goals, while driving consistency in execution standards and performance tracking.

Additionally, manage a team of Business Project Managers, providing leadership, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high-quality delivery and professional development across the group.

Finally, oversee the change management function, ensuring successful adoption of transformation initiatives through structured change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning. The leader partners closely with executives and cross-functional teams to enable sustainable business transformation and measurable outcomes.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance discipline; MBA, other business or Engineering related graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years working in business or IT project/program management, operations, insurance, engineering or service delivery
• 7+ years of experience in influencing and collaborating with senior and executive level staff
• 5+ years managing or leading projects
• 5+ years in top management and strategy consulting function (external top-tier consultancy or in-house consulting function of renowned, large enterprises)
• 5+years of change management experience

• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments, influence and align stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to influence others
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and proactively raise issues for discussion at the SLT level.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and/or specific engineering areas.
