The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Experience working with adults in a behavioral or mental health program preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• We have a 1st shift and a 2nd shift role available:

Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm

or

Sunday -Thursday 7am-3pm

We are looking for a Psychiatric Technician to join our 7 bed Residential Program (CRR) in Bethlehem, PA.

The Psychiatric Technician will:

• ensure the safety of clients at all times by completing safety checks and observing client throughout shift.
• assist/monitor that clients complete and follow through with personal hygiene, up-keep of personal space, completion of daily chores, and cook/prep meal, etc.
• transport clients to individual outings, meaningful outings, and doctor's appointments, etc.
• complete electronic charting by end of shift daily.
• attend staff meetings as scheduled.
• assist Manager in shift coverage/mandating as needed.
• observe residents taking prescribed medications.

Earn $16.25 per hour OR $18.25 per hour with the selection of our Enhanced Pay option!
