The Senior Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the Director in advancing the Center's mission of strengthening leadership, education, and community development. The position focuses on promoting a research agenda that informs program development, documents best practices, and supports data-driven planning and development efforts, ensuring that the Center's work is evidence-based and contributes to broader institutional and community learning. The Senior Program Administrator provides research, program development, grant support, and management of strategic projects as delegated by the Director, ensuring alignment with the Center's vision and priorities. |

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
* Master's degree in Public Affairs, Public Policy, Social Work, Education, Urban Studies, or related field
* A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in research, programming and grant development, and/or community-based initiatives and special projects. |

* Experience supporting senior executives in higher education or nonprofit settings.

SPSS, Stata, R) and dashboard/visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency. |

* Office and Productivity Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
* Survey and Evaluation Platforms: Software such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or REDCap for data collection and program evaluation.
* Database Management Systems: Familiarity with academic or organizational databases for storing and retrieving research and program data.
* Standard Office Equipment: Computers, printers, projectors, and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams). |
