Red Seat Ventures (RSV) Senior Producer Podcasts:

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Executive Producer and Host to pitch, research, and write tight, engaging, and well-paced scripts for a daily news podcast.
• Develop high-impact story angles and craft scripts that balance clarity and narrative engagement.
• Write show descriptions, promotional copy, and episode thumbnails to maximize listener engagement.
• Ensure that all content is factually accurate, legally sound, and editorially rigorous while maintaining the show's distinct voice and tone.
• Monitor breaking news and adjust scripts as necessary under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate and refine scripts in response to feedback.
• Work with editor to get show ready for upload on all platforms both audio and video
• Work with GFX team to build appropriate thumbnails
