We are currently in need of a Full Time Director of Clinical Services for our Preceptor South location Responsibilities: Oversee the clinical operations of our home health and hospice services ensuring adherence to patient rights and high-quality care standards. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures related to clinical services in compliance with regulations. Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining quality service delivery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline medical record management. Provide leadership and guidance to staff promoting professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices. Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical services to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and other applicable healthcare standards. Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and improve service. Travel for agency support, acquisitions, annual meetings, etc. Included in the Administrator on Call rotation. Preferred to go through the Clinical Operations Leadership Training Program through Pennant Services. The Cornerstone COLT will be mentored by one or more agency DCS/Clinical Leaders/Resources to gain a thorough understanding of our culture, operating model, systems and what it takes to be a successful leader in cornerstone and to prepare to be a director of clinical services. Job Requirements: Valid RN, OT, PT, or SLP licensure in the State of Wisconsin. Proven experience in home care with a strong understanding of patient rights. Demonstrate ability in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Knowledge of medical records management systems and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient centered care. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Manager experience preferred.
