What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities) We are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager for our IP and subsystem Team to: Oversee day-to-day operations within subsystem engineeringOrganize engineering activity to scale consistently across locations and through third party partnership.Optimizes all engineering-related processes, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvementWork with senior management to set goals and make key decisions on operational activities.Manage cross-functional interaction, ensuring schedule alignment and timely completion.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiencyManage projects pipeline daily.Work with engineering teams for implementing and deploying processes, as well as ensuring they are followed.Measure quality and consistency of deliverables The Impact You Will Have: Ensure successful execution of critical projects that align with Synopsys' strategic goals.Enable engineering organizations to scale with predictabilityInfluence and shape the strategic direction of the organization, driving innovation and operational excellence.Enhance the effectiveness and agility of the organizationFoster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
