Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Quality will be responsible for building and leading the operational quality & reliability framework at FormFactor's new Farmers Branch manufacturing and fabrication site. This role will establish site-level quality organization, quality systems, drive compliance with global standards, and ensure alignment with customer expectations and corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in semiconductor manufacturing and customer quality, QMS frameworks, reliability and failure analysis, and a passion for building from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive quality management system tailored to the Farmers Branch site, integrating corporate standards and site-specific needs.

  • Collaborate with fab, engineering, and facilities teams to embed quality practices into daily operations, including near miss and excursion management, structured problem solving, and MRB processes.

  • Lead quality engagement with customers, including audits, feedback loops, and roadmap alignment. Leverage insights to shape site-level initiatives and certifications.

  • Drive readiness and compliance for site quality and other applicable management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 46001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949) expectations

  • Establish KPIs such as FTR (First Time Right), excursion rates, and near-miss tracking. Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Build and lead a high-performing quality and reliability team. Provide coaching, development, and performance management aligned with FormFactor's leadership values.

  • Partner with site leadership, global quality, EHS, Facilities, BU and operations to ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals.

  • Represent the company in customer quality engagements, audits, and escalations.

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
