STS Technical Services is hiring Business Process Transformation Co-Ops to support our client, Harley-Davidson, in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This role offers hands-on experience inside one of the most iconic manufacturing companies in the world.

As a Co-Op, you'll contribute to semester-based projects that evolve with business needs. The program is designed to build foundational skills in process improvement, project management, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting Harley-Davidson's ongoing business transformation initiatives.

You'll have opportunities to work within departments such as:

Assignments are based on business needs and may take place at one of several Harley-Davidson facilities, including York, Tomahawk, Pilgrim Road, Juneau, the Product Development Center, or HDDS.

• Support cross-functional teams with process analysis and improvement initiatives
  
• Assist in documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions
  
• Participate in meetings, report progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  
• Contribute to ongoing business transformation projects focused on operational excellence
  
• Gain experience with data analysis, project tracking, and performance metrics
  
• Learn and apply lean principles, digital tools, and business process methodologies
  
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external resources to achieve project goals
  

• Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university
  
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team
  
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
