GENERAL SUMMARY:



Inventories and maintains a weekly supply of facility forms. Operates and maintains a variety of printing equipment, including production copiers, wide-format printers, paper folders, collators, paper drills, laminators, paper cutters, and perforators. Assists with the management and maintenance of the organizational record storage system. Handles all outbound shipping logistics.Coordinates volunteer activities and provides direct support to departmental staff.



PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:



1. *Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values.

2. *Operates all digital printing equipment.

3. *Operates digital printing equipment.

4. Operates power lift equipment.

5. *Performs general maintenance and minor repairs on printing equipment.

6. * Operates and maintains a variety of printing equipment, including production copiers, wide-format printers, paper folders, collators, paper drills, laminators, paper cutters, and perforators.

7. Accurately marks and wraps re-order points of all forms to ensure adequate notice for reordering forms.

8. *Compiles production data for monthly productivity report.

9. *Coordinates volunteer activities assigned to and/or requested by Printing Services.

10. Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.

11. Participates in meetings, committees and department projects as assigned.

12. Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:



1. Knowledge of computer hardware equipment and software applications relevant to work functions.

2. Ability to perform general inventory and replenishment functions.

3. Ability to organize, prioritize and efficiently implement work assignments.

4. Ability to plan and assign work to support volunteer personnel.

5. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

6. Ability to work as a team member and assist others when necessary.

7. Ability to operate photocopier, paper folder, collator, paper drill, laminator, paper cutter and perforator safely and efficiently.

8. Ability to evaluate offsite locations and assist with the installation of all wide format print applications.

9. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of personnel and medical staff.

10. Ability to maintain confidentiality relevant to sensitive information.

11. Ability to prioritize work demands and work with minimal supervision.

12. Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



High school diploma or equivalency required. Experience with copiers and shipping software preferred. Basic inventory knowledge preferred. Production and assembly experience preferred.



OTHER CREDENTIALS / CERTIFICATIONS:



Valid State of Nebraska Driver License required. Verification and maintenance of responsible driving record per facility standards required. Pallet Jack and Forklift certification required.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

(Physical Requirements are based on federal criteria and assigned by Human Resources upon review of the Principal Job Functions.)



(DOT) - Characterized as medium work requiring exertion of 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
