Job Summary
The Online Content Specialist serves as a key member of the Marketing and E-commerce teams, responsible for managing and optimizing digital content to enhance customer engagement and strengthen online brand presence. This role involves hands-on content management within CMS platforms, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and relevance across digital channels. The specialist will adapt global content for local markets, coordinate content creation and updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, merchandising, SEO, and digital performance to ensure alignment and impact. The position requires a strong background in digital marketing, content management, UX principles, and accessibility standards. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are strongly preferred. Job Responsibilities
Act as a member of the Marketing and E-commerce teams, contributing to integrated plans and ensuring consistent messaging and content quality across all channels.
Manage the content localization process, adapting global material for local audiences to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Create and edit new content based on commercial priorities and identified local needs.
Manage digital assets and publish locally relevant content within CMS tools.
Review, organize, and optimize digital content assets according to established plans and performance objectives.
Conduct local A/B testing and implement changes in line with global digital guidelines.
Collaborate daily with range, merchandising, SEO, UX, and digital performance teams to ensure alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Continuously improve content processes, editorial efficiency, and user experience through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Ensure web accessibility and ADA compliance standards are considered and applied throughout content design and publication.
Support campaign management by coordinating content creation, publication schedules, and performance tracking.
Foster collaboration and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders including Communications, Sustainability, Digital, Customer Fulfillment, and Finance teams.
Promote a culture of openness, knowledge sharing, and collaboration in alignment with organizational values.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and copywriting, with at least 3 years of hands-on web content management experience.
Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and dynamic content creation.
Demonstrated ability to manage content across multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Experience working with CMS platforms to manage and publish web content.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web accessibility/ADA compliance preferred.
Ability to interpret analytics, assess content performance, and implement optimization strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred.
Experience evaluating creative content and collaborating with cross-functional digital teams.
Passion for customer-centric marketing and delivering engaging digital experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to align digital content strategies with marketing campaign goals.
Experience in 1:1 and CRM-driven content management.
Familiarity with multichannel content delivery and online customer behavior analytics.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Additional Job Details
This position aligns with an existing project role expected to continue through February 28, 2026, with reassessment for potential extension or conversion thereafter.
Candidates must demonstrate both marketing and hands-on web content management experience.
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are preferred; however, English-only speakers will also be considered based on overall qualifications.
