OverviewWe are looking for an experiencedand self-motivated Product Designer II who will help evolve Outlook's design system and toolkits on Figma that are used by designers across Microsoft. You will also lead the evolution of an intelligent Outlook design system, one that integrates AI and agentic capabilities to streamline design workflows and enhance cross-functional collaboration. We valueuser-centered design approaches, visual and interaction design excellence, and transforming currentworkflows into elegant and usable solutions aimed at improving design process to ultimately elevate UI/UXfor greater end user value.  ResponsibilitiesYou will have end-to-end ownership to deliver toolkits and design guidance that accelerate product development and uphold design excellence.Plan, curate,and build a large-scale design system and toolkit consistingof optimized componentsand visual assets.Become an expertinMicrosoftbrand principles, guidelines, and Fluent product design language, and then evangelize Outlook perspective to stakeholders.Define or extend visual designsystems to create a holistic and detailed approach to typography, color, patterns, layouts, imagery,iconsand more.Contribute to cross-platform coherence by collaborating with Windows, iOS, Android, and Mac design system peers.Investigate and execute the integration of AI and agentic capabilities in our toolkits.  | |
