What our Senior Account Executives Enjoy Most About the Role Enhancing the customer experience and focusing on sales. Placing orders and ensuring accurate administrative work. Understanding Spectrum Business coax services, rates, and taxes. Demonstrating and mentoring selling skills and continuously learning new techniques. Maintaining accurate sales records using Salesforce.com and meeting performance standards. Working Conditions Office and/or outside environment with exposure to inclement weather and moderate noise levels WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Technical Skills: Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Skills & Abilities: Strong desire for growth within the company and to help build the strength of the Spectrum Business team Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of outside sales experience in a high transaction, short closing cycle model 1+ years of experience as an Account Executive at Charter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Business-to-business sales experience SAE280 2025-64624 2025 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances. The base pay for this position generally is between $52,500.00 and $87,010.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $64,800.
