As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Your routine patrols and visible presence help to deter security-related incidents and provide reassurance throughout the location. You will be a key point of contact for customer service, responding to inquiries and situations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities.
• Document and report observations, incidents, and/or suspicious activities according to established protocols.
• Assist staff, visitors, and patients with directions and general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Work closely with healthcare personnel to support a secure environment tailored to the needs of the facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
