As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a commercial real estate location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and interact with tenants, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for reporting any unusual activity and providing exceptional customer service, supporting a welcoming and secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents in accordance with site protocols.
• Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence on site.
• Support site access control procedures and monitor entrances and exits as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
