Position: Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Remote

Clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship required)

Summary: KeyLogic is seeking Full Stack Java Software developers with strong systems, software, and Agile experience to support our program at the USPTO. This is a long-term position.

Job Duties: As a full stack developer you will be working in an Agile DevSecOps team and helping to build next gen applications for our federal clients.

Job Requirements or Skills Required:

  • 4+ years of Java/J2EE programming experience
  • 3+ years of experience in full stack development using Java, WebServices (REST and SOAP), JavaScript (JQuery or React or Angular), Spring, Hibernate
  • 3+ years of experience developing enterprise level web applications utilizing Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE), XML, or Web Services
  • 2+ years of experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, etc.
  • Knowledge of web development specifics, including JSON, REST, web and microservices architectures, and HTTP specification
  • Experience developing applications to be deployed on app servers such as JBoss EAP, Tomcat
  • Experience automating unit and integration testing in a test-driven development with CI/CD model
  • Experience with Source Control (Git or SVN)
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 or later)
  • Strong understanding of OO programming including interfaces.
  • Good teamwork and strong collaboration skills.
  • Experience with best practices and design patterns for writing clean, reusable, and highly organized code
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools, including Git, Bitbucket, or Jira

Education Requirements: Bachelor's in computer science or related field

Security Clearance Information: You do not need a current/active clearance to apply but must be able to pass and hold a government Public Trust (SF-85) background investigation. US Citizens, Green Card
