Software Engineer(Python Experience)- Onsite Overland Park, KS

Are you passionate about building impactful software and eager to grow your career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a motivated early career Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Python and React to join our team. You'll contribute to meaningful projects, learn from experienced mentors, and help shape solutions that support clinical and financial workflows.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate across the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and develop scalable software solutions with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Apply your knowledge of Python and React to build intuitive, high-performing applications.
  • Gain domain expertise in clinical and financial workflows to inform your development work.
  • Conduct software testing, analyze results, and troubleshoot issues through root cause analysis.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Explore and recommend new tools and technologies to solve complex problems.
  • Be available for occasional support outside standard business hours as part of a rotational on-call schedule.
What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field-or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and React, with understanding of syntax, structure, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, data modeling, and SQL scripting.
  • Exposure to cloud-based SaaS architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven approach to learning new technologies.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work on time in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or project experience with a software company or healthcare organization.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
