Join the Platform Partnerships team that is instrumental to FOX's digital evolution. You'll help expand FOX's direct-to-consumer footprint across Tubi, the massive AVOD service with 100M+ MAU, and FOX One, the newly launched FOX portfolio app featuring some of the most compelling brands in media.

As part of a centralized team driving growth across AVOD, SVOD, and linear services, the Director, Platform Partnerships plays a unique role in connecting strategies across divisions. You'll be tasked with balancing tradeoffs, spotting synergies, and bringing forward creative solutions that enable bold deals.

The Director, Platform Partnerships will lead the expansion and optimization of partnerships with key platforms while pursuing innovative distribution opportunities across emerging channels. Success means not only improving deal outcomes, but also shaping partnerships that break new ground for FOX.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead distribution partnerships and deals across key CTV platforms by coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement commercial terms, product integrations, and marketing campaigns
  • Act as a subject matter expert in distribution and placement deal terms, leading complex negotiations and structuring innovative, high-impact agreements that advance Fox's strategic and commercial objectives across platform partnerships
  • Maintain a strong point of view on both ad-supported and subscription business models, providing guidance on ad tech, sales strategy, and customer value levers
  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with platform partners, proactively managing key accounts and serving as a primary point of contact to navigate complex negotiations and resolve issues, including engaging senior executives as needed to remove roadblocks
  • Shape FOX and Tubi's distribution strategy by identifying and pursuing new partners, markets, form factors, and models of app distribution (including strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and early-stage outreach and proposal development) to position the company for long-term success in a rapidly evolving media environment
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, strategic updates and compelling presentations tailored for senior leadership, proactively anticipating executive needs and driving alignment through data-backed insights and strong narrative framing

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in partner development, business strategy, agreement advisory, and execution in the media and entertainment industry.
  • Experience negotiating complex product-enabling agreements
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners
  • Ability to think creatively, critically, and strategically, and thrive in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous work environment
  • Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining effective executive business relationships

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-206,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
