The Role As the Talent Development & Engagement Intern, you'll play an important role in advancing our efforts to create a connected, inclusive, and inspiring workplace. You'll help bring to life programs and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and growth across Save the Children US. You'll be joining a team that is currently rebuilding and reimagining its way of working, making this a great opportunity to learn, stay flexible, and roll up your sleeves in a collaborative, hands-on environment. You'll contribute ideas, support key projects, and gain experience in how culture, engagement, and development come together to create a great place to work-all in service of Save the Children's mission to help children around the world thrive.
