Project Coordinator Datacenter Operations, IT Infrastructure Engineering

Tesla, Inc. is looking to hire a skilled Project Coordinator to support Datacenter operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and ready to jump in to help manage and streamline operational and coordination tasks across engineering and infrastructure planning teams.

• Support TPMs by coordinating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Assist with material planning and tracking dependencies
• Ensure key project documentation and timelines are up-to-date and accurate
• Demonstrated experience with material planning, supply chain coordination, and supporting high volume equipment tracking
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams

• Minimum 5 years experience in project management & project coordination
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting hardware development programs
• Good common sense around AI servers and data center hardware environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
• Comfortable taking on less glamorous, hands on tasks to support the broader team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
