What you will do
Accurately manage inventory, inventory movement and security of all fire alarm devices, sprinkler, and suppression equipment inventory
Work weekly report to demonstrate activity to reconcile negatives
Spot check inventory accuracy for all levels of service department employees
Inventory adjustments managed and maintained on a weekly cycle
Implement circuit board and electronic parts return program
Communicate tracking information of parts that are shipped
Inventory control by following the process identified, keeping accurate and timely records for each project customer.
Manage warehouse, accurately control inventory and provide organizational skills
Timely and accurately receive parts as it is critical to provide excellent customer service
Conduct monthly safety audits to ensure the warehouse is safe and secure
Other duties as assigned
What we look for
Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and an ability to learn quickly
1+ years of equivalent Inventory Control experience
Strong computer knowledge of computer software to include MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23.07-$-25.71 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
