Job Overview * Manage large, complex Policy software engagements in the Property & Casualty insurance domain space across various Lines of Business (Personal and/or Commercial Lines). * Work closely with all parties involved in implementation or cloud migration programs to effectively identify, coordinate, and manage all tasks. * Review customer business processes and goals, identify improvements and advise/ participate in the discussion of business requirements. * Provide guidance to customers on how to best leverage Majesco applications and technology to meet customer defined business goals and objectives. * Work with Majesco product management/development to share configuration concepts and further develop our core product features. * Preference given to candidates that have 5+ years of experience leading and managing enterprise software implementation teams (or team tracks) within a corporate IT or consulting environment. * Deep industry knowledge of the P&C insurance industry with primary focus on policy and/or underwriting. Key Role and Responsibilities * Provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving architectural recommendations for implementing MAJESCO Policy Product solution for Property and Casualty Lines of business. * Ensure architectural adherence through solution blueprint and design reviews. * Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirement gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations. * Lead review sessions for completed business/technical requirements with key business users focused on gaining consensus and final business approval. * Responsible for implementing Majesco Policy P&C products utilizing enterprise application utilities and models. * Contribute to best practices and guidelines for supported technologies. * Perform product evaluations and Proof of Concepts. * Provide architectural strategy and subject matter expertise. * Must be comfortable with a remote/in-office hybrid culture. All About You * Minimum 15+ years of experience with at least 7-10 years of experience on technology implementations such as Guidewire, Duckcreek, Insurity etc; preferably leading overall solution design. * Experience working on enterprise Policy implementations leveraging agile and understanding of agile tools and concepts. * Consulting & Leadership Skills - Ability to adapt to various work settings and serve in an advisory/leadership role. * Experience with software implementation project(s) in requirement gathering, functional specifications, QA, user acceptance testing, or training. * Understanding of software concepts (e.g., HTML, XML, Relational DB, reporting tools). * Understanding of a project life cycle methodology. * Experience in applying change management concepts on a software implementation project. * Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to determine the best solution for a complex problem. * Strong leadership skills. * Demonstrate Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills. * Possesses a working knowledge of the business and/or technical environments in which the system operates, and a solid knowledge of the P&C business function supported. * Familiar with architecture frameworks and software design patterns. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or global equivalent required; TOGAF and/or Agile Product owner certification is a plus. Some travel may be required. What Majesco Offers: Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
