Overview: IMBHR conducts cutting-edge studies focused on assessment, prediction, and prevention of mood and behavioral disorders in youth, including self-injury. Strengths include expertise in clinical assessment, longitudinal modeling, measurement-based care, and computational approaches to risk prediction. We integrate large epidemiological, clinical, and implementation datasets (e.g., ABCD, LAMS, and EHR-based MBC programs). With mentorship from Dr. Eric Youngstrom and the multidisciplinary team, fellows will lead an independent yet collaborative projects aligning shared interests and their own career goals.
