AGE Solutions is seeking a Production Planner to support our DoD customer. The role will support both the STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guide) Development Team and the Program Management Resource Center (PMRC) in the management, coordination, and tracking of deliverables and project plans related to the development and publication of DISA STIGs. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, experience managing technical deliverables, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is primarily remote, however, candidates must have the ability to commute to Chambersburg, PA when needed. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between vendors and government stakeholders.
- Schedule and support meetings across multiple time zones; document and track actions.
- Develop and maintain STIG project schedules, including weekly, monthly, and annual reporting.
- Create and modify Microsoft Project schedules and templates to support multiple teams and ensure accurate planning and tracking.
- Function as a project coordinator, working with team leads, customers, and vendors to schedule meetings and record meeting minutes for future reference.
- Coordinate guidance development efforts with Government customers and external vendors.
- Support the Program Management Resource Center (PMRC) and QA teams with contract deliverables.
- Track and manage all formal and informal deliverables, including submissions, rejections, and resubmissions.
- Maintain project tracking in Jira and SharePoint, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Support Monthly and Quarterly Status Reports, including template maintenance, data collection, and presentation.
- Track and report on deliverable items, collecting and consolidating data from team leads and Project Managers for inclusion in monthly status and quarterly reports.
- Create and update process documentation and templates to standardize workflows and improve team efficiency.
Requirements:
- DoD Secret Clearance
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and tracking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Project and well organized.
- Possesses the ability to create and modify interdependent project schedules and create new project templates
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other Office 365 suite of tools.
- Good people skills and the ability to take the initiative.
- Identify areas for process improvement and strive to streamline current processes and procedures in coordination with other team members and leadership.
- Ability to work as a team player and follow through on task assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior project coordination or production planning experience in a DoD or government contracting environment.
- Proficiency with Jira and SharePoint for project tracking and collaboration.
- Familiarity with DISA STIG development processes or DoD cybersecurity programs.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills, including meeting minutes, process documentation, and reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
