We are seeking a creative and motivated ERP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have specialized expertise in the Nextworld ERP system and use AI to accelerate learning and improve quality of new solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing solutions tailored to meet the source of truth needs of automotive dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of developers working on the Nextworld platform to create innovative solutions for automotive dealerships.
  • Collaborate with product partners to translate feature requests into highly functional ERP capabilities.
  • Use AI to accelerate learning and improve quality of new solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize existing solutions to meet scaling needs and ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay updated on new capabilities and features introduced in the Nextworld ERP platform and incorporate them into ongoing projects.
  • Foster collaboration among team members located across different time zones to ensure a 24-hour development cycle.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline and up to 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field
  • Ability to code in languages such as .Net, C#, Python or Java.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and testing restful APIs, software engineering tools and processes, building and/or testing frameworks, and consumer-facing applications and databases.
  • Familiarity with scripting and configuration tools, agile development methodologies, analysis, design, and programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Preferred:

  • Familiarity or experience with low code / no code platforms such as: Nextworld, Appian or Salesforce.
  • Experience using Copilot to break down work and create reusable tests as part of development cycle.


Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $0.00 - $0.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
