 Position Summary As a Jr. Digital Designer, you will support the design and production of digital assets across Rejuvenation's email and marketing channels. This role blends creative design and production: you'll assist with layouts, file production, and QA to ensure every asset meets brand standards and is delivered accurately. Working closely with mid and senior designers, you'll gain hands-on experience in digital design while learning the tools, processes, and best practices of marketing. Responsibilities Email 
 - Support the design and coding of weekly marketing emails under guidance from senior team members 
 - Execute production tasks such as slicing assets, updating HTML, and preparing files for deployment
 - QA and troubleshoot emails to ensure links, creative assets, and formatting are accurate across devices
 - Help maintain modular templates and design systems for efficiency and consistency
 - Collaborate with designers and marketing partners to adapt layouts for daily and seasonal campaigns
 - Assist with last-minute creative updates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
 
 
Brand Marketing 
 - Contribute to campaign creative across digital, and social assets to support brand storytelling and marketing initiatives
 - Provide design support for seasonal campaigns and promotional launches
 - Collaborate with the Sr. Designer, Brand and Campaign to align email and campaign creative for a cohesive brand experience
 - Refine and enhance existing designs, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables
 
 
Cross-Channel Collaboration 
 - Support other digital design needs across site, campaign, or brand creative when team priorities require
 - Partner with designers and cross-functional teams to adapt creative for marketing
 - Stay current with design tools, trends, and digital best practices, applying learnings to daily work
 - Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
 
 
Required skills and qualifications 
 - 1-2 years of digital design experience, or relevant internship/coursework in design, production, or marketing
 - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; basic familiarity with HTML/CSS preferred
 - Strong eye for layout, typography, and responsive design fundamentals
 - Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and QA skills
 - Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a team environment
 - Familiarity with email marketing platforms or QA tools a plus
