Manufacturing Job Details: Job Elements: Folder Development Folder development which includes but is not limited to print review and ballooning. Production Part Approval Process (PAPP) * Gage R&Rs * Process Flow Charts * Manufacturing Quality Control Plans (MQCP) * Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) PC Based Quality Control Records (PCB_QCR) Development, Review, Training and Maintenance Discus/ Bubbling of Customer Prints * Customer prints are bubbled either manually or using OCB functionality. * Review of print and verification of tolerances * Conversion to Discus files * Development of Excel Sheet used on the shop floor Certifications Responsible responsibility for approval of all certifications, review and filing. Customer Submittals Works closely with Support to assure all submittals are accurate and timely. Contract Review (Duty Sheet) Audit As the final technical review of the contract review process (duty sheet) responsible to assure all technical aspects of the contract review have been completed properly. Audits Perform Layered and Internal Audits. ISO Participating in and support ISO as required. Create and maintain departmental operating instructions. Supplier Quality Primary in Supplier/Outside Service Provider related IRR's. Investigate supplier nonconformances, coordinate supplier SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action), and ensure vendor debits are applied properly. Primary responsibility to coordinate the new supplier approval process. Purchasing Primary for purchase of boxes, hardware and shop order accessories. Purchasing tracker: Run reports, review and react accordingly. Serve as back up for Purchasing Specialist. All other duties as assigned Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years within a manufacturing environment, machining preferred. 2-3 years should be in quality administration and/or engineering. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, tools and application (practical). Experience with Corrective Action (CA) implementation and communication Certifications within Quality a plus Experienced with Microsoft Office-Word & Excel. Experienced with TCM. Workwise ERP. Ability to work well with people and remain courteous and tactful even in stressful situations with internal and external contacts. Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
