The Manager, Advisory Services - Remote will develop and articulate comprehensive digital product strategies that align with business goals and user needs. Design and execute user research plans, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Conduct business stakeholder interviews and analysis to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy & Vision
    • Translate strategic objectives into business epics and product roadmaps that drive measurable outcomes
    • Lead prioritization sessions using data, user insights, and business value to guide decision-making
  • User Experience Leadership
    • Build and maintain personas, archetypes, and customer journeys to inform product decisions
    • Champion human-centered design principles and accessibility standards across all initiatives
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation
    • Design and facilitate workshops to drive alignment, ideation, and prioritization across cross-functional teams
    • Serve as a strategic partner to internal teams, translating complex business requirements into user-centric solutions
  • Product Development & Delivery
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, technical product owners, scrum masters, engineers, and business partners to ensure seamless execution
    • Support the creation of measurement strategies and analytics dashboards to inform future product enhancements
    • Monitor product performance using KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship
    • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and contributors
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
    • Support professional development and career growth for team members

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of launching successful digital products
  • 10+ years of experience creating and leading digital strategies, business epics, and prioritization frameworks
  • 10+ years of experience in user-centered design, accessibility, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Demonstrated expertise in user research, persona development, journey mapping, and stakeholder analysis
  • Proven solid strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable plans
  • Proven skilled in workshop design and facilitation for cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in analyzing and enacting experience decisions within the confines robust healthcare requirements regarding security, privacy, compliance
  • Familiarity with Aha, Jira, and other product management tools

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
