This position is responsible for leading a team that provides individualized attention to UMR membership and covered families and serves to assist with navigation of the health care system. The purpose of the clinical resource consultant is to help individuals live their lives to the fullest by supporting coordination and collaboration with multiple and external partners including consumers and their families/caregivers, medical, and other clinical teams. The manager role will participate in the guidance of team members, as well as interventions to the membership.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to team of clinicians supporting membership in multiple facets of care; this may be a working role at times depending on business needs
  • Guide and support clinicians on a daily basis
  • Assist with managing the CARE Team across the spectrum with other leadership
  • Assist and support the Clinical Admin Nurse Consultant with training of new staff and supporting continuing education of current staff
  • Help support the Clinical Admin Nurse Consultant with build and implementation of documentation to generate customer reporting
  • Assist with program builds; custom and established
  • Assist with questionnaire, Aerial, SharePoint (JA), and other guides to assist clinical team with program development and go-live for clients (custom and established)
  • Comply with all policies, procedures and documentation standards in appropriate systems, tracking mechanisms and databases
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Independently licensed master's degree level clinician in: Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage & Family Counseling; or Licensed Ph.D. or Licensed PsyD; or an RN with a compact license in their primary state
  • 2+ years of managerial/supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of managed care experience
  • Experience functioning independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
  • Telecommute (Remote) experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Proven ability and flexibility to assume responsibilities and tasks in a constantly changing work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCM
  • 1+ years of Medicaid experience
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated solid customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated solid team player and team building skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
