Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full time Senior Manager of Supplier Quality for our Bridgeton, MO facility. This position involves leading a team in supplier evaluations, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement. The role contributes to the development of the Quality system and supports quality enhancement efforts. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering. Responsibilities include developing and implementing plans to improve supplier performance. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers, technicians, and inspectors. Job Responsibilities

U.S. Citizenship required. The expected pay scale for this position is $113,740.00/year - $176,581.00/year for the state of Illinois. Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly.
