We are seeking a Financial Analystto join our growing team. This role provides critical financial support to ourTechnical Operationsteam. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial reporting and analytical skills, a proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and collaboration .

Expected Outcome:
  • Financial Reporting: Build and refresh weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports using Excel and in-house financial reporting software.
  • Report Development: Utilize reporting software such as SQL or Access to develop and build reporting packages to support and maximize financial understanding throughout the company.
  • Analysis: Provide analytics and communicate both financial results and deeper insights into the driver's impacting performance.
  • Forecasting: Support the development, input gathering, updating, and maintenance of monthly forecasts.
  • Business Support: Serve as the financial point of contact for the operations leadership team, delivering data, reporting, and strategic insights.
  • Cost Accounting: Research and resolve discrepancies related to general ledger codes, overhead salaries, labor transfers, and accounts payable (AP) transactions, ensuring transaction-level accuracy.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree with2-4 years of related experience
  • Proficiency financial reporting tools such as SQL, Access, PowerBI, etc.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding ofbasic accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to think creatively and problem solve
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.

Salary Range: $52,275-$68,778-$85,075
