The ITPL is responsible for defining and managing the Vehicle Validation Plan across all project phases. This includes coordinating vehicle means, specifications, testing schedules, and status tracking to ensure alignment with project milestones and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities:
- Validation Plan Ownership: Manage the Vehicle Validation Plan, initially supplied by the Generic Archetype team, ensuring all Meta-function needs are integrated and optimized.
- Means Management: Build and optimize the quantity and configuration of vehicle validation means (test vehicles), ensuring compliance with budget throughout the program lifecycle.
- Specification Integration: Collect, integrate, and publish specifications/configurations to support timely build plans.
- Scheduling & Prioritization: Develop a vehicle build schedule that prioritizes builds to meet project milestones.
- Progress Tracking: Lead the collection and synthesis of validation progress data, communicate status, and highlight risks to milestone achievement.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure testing completion within project timelines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with VPM/VSM and all departments to align validation efforts with performance targets and trade-offs.
- Vehicle Delivery: Work with pilot and operability teams to ensure vehicles are delivered in best condition

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience
- Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines and launch conditions
- Ability to lead others quickly and decisively with high accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated in both verbal, written, and presentation formats
- Experience managing time constraints on a program
- Understanding of the automotive V-model development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in developing and testing at a vehicle level
- Reactive problem-solving training and certification
- Understanding of Stellantis corporate systems and tools
- Experience interfacing with cross functional teams
- Design release and system development experience
- Program/Project management experience
